Here is the story to where I am now if you want a light read. The bike just never seemed to run the way it should even after speaking with Rev Performance and the Dealership that installed my parts. It still had the hesitation down low and sputtered every now and then. Finally, I got fed up with the dealership's response to my issue and the way the bike was running (learned that it was their issue not mine- more on that later) and decided to seek help with Rev Performance.

So I called Rev Performance and talked to Andrew a few more times. I would like to say that they are some of the best guys I have had the pleasure to work with. Very sincere in their concern to get my bike right and very informative. Since I live in Wisconsin I figured I could just drive it up there and have them look at it if they were willing. This is where I learned that I would recommend any of their products based solely on how they treated me. Not only were they willing to work on it --- they came down and picked my Harley up over 2 hours away with a nice enclosed trailer and hauled back to their shop to fix it.

Here is what happened. Turns out the dealership installed it wrong. All the crap they gave me about not recommending it and saying that I should have put on a Race Tuner blah blah and it turns out it had nothing to do with the product and everything to do with how it was installed. First, they cross threaded my front O2 sensor in my new Jackpot 2-1-2 headers. Rookie mistake 101. Second, they didn't calibrate it when they installed it. The dials that are supposed to be calibrated weren't ever turned or turned all the way. So--- Rev Perf went ahead and fixed the mess that they didn't create with the headers and they got it calibrated correctly. After doing some more tests and a dyno pull on it they then trailered it back to my house a day or so later. Oh and for those who are wondering if you can put these on a 2011..... my bike is a 2011 Power Pak Street Glide. Call them and they will figure something out for you. If there is a way to do it they will work with you to get it done.

The bike runs great now. I've put about 1000 miles on it since it has been fixed. Great throttle response and no sputter of any kind. It pulls hard through the gears and really well 3k and above. Needless to say they went way above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Andrew is a great guy to work with and took the time to explain answers to whatever questions I had. I would recommend them and their products to anyone considering them. Anyone considering the EMS Tuner go ahead and get one. Rest easy knowing that if something isn't right, they will do everything possible to make it right with you. I am extremely satisfied and very grateful that they helped out as much as they did to fix something that wasn't their fault. Now that is what I call service.

I recently had a very satisfying customer service issue with them as well. A couple of things wrong in the beginning, no fault of theirs because I bought the tuner from a 3rd party but they stepped up and made everything right at their expense. Andrew is excellent at responding to emails and questions.

 

This is not the first that I have heard about their high quality service! I wish Vermont had even one shop like Perf Performance or Fuel Moto. Both have excellent reputations.

 

Don't go back to that dealership and I would complain to BBB on their shitty service.....I have the EMS and never looked back....One fine tool. I wish it had a better way to route the wires. That is my only complaint.....
