Default Thunder Max Tuner Beware of Customer Service!!!

Please be sure everything is in the package. If you do not purchase from Zippers they claim quoted by Steve "they make no mistakes in packaging and are not liable for all of the components being in the package even if it is factory sealed when purchased from someone other than them" this was also said by another Rep on one of my calls. I am not slamming their products but when you have to deal with customer service with a problem it is all your problem and you are at fault for everything and they treat you as if you are putting them out. Just my experience all I was asking for was a suggestion on the map with my upgrades and the entire package I ordered. In their defense I did loose my cool after the 6th time I had to call, and the problem is still not resolved, I doubt it will be resolved since Steve hung the phone up on me. Also beware of their tough guy attitudes over the phone. Just thought I would share so consideration will be taken when ordering from Zippers.

Zippers sucks.

I received the same kind of "service" when I called to inquire about buying one....I went with the Daytona Twin Tec instead.

DTT's service is no better but at least I expected it from them.
