Default Good support/cust service experiences.

I wanted to take the time to share my dealing with 2 companies that have shinned when it comes to support and customer service.

First one is Bill @ Biketronics. He has helped me with 2 audio "builds" recently and even after the made a mistake and shipped the wrong part there was no excuses. He said straight up it was their mistake and he made good on it, very quickly. A+

Second is Thundermax - Jimmy was super responsive and bent over backwards to help get my map issue squared away. Tmax is expensive but just for the customer support it was worth it to me. A+

It's nice to hear about companies treating customers like they should. After all we're keeping them in business.
