Default Progressive drop in question

I have 2005 eg standard and bought the progressive drop in kit. My question is do I leave the spacer and washers out for the full 2" drop? Progressive told me to leave it in for 2" but it only gave me a 1" drop.

I cut my spacer to 3/4" and it gave me 1" drop. No spacer is a full drop. Instructions are pretty vague about it.

On mine it came with a bigger spacer and you cut it to length. I believe that either way, if you omit the spacer you should get a full drop?

This is one of the very few things I had the shop mechanic do for me. Laziness had set in.
