Just replaced on our '10 under warranty at 21K miles. Was about totally gone guy said, RT 66 Harley has done over 50 under warranty now they told me. I paid the difference and got the SE so it will hopefully last longer.

My bike was making a VERY loud noise all the time the last two weeks, Always had the bang on start up, but its gone now. Bike is so smooth and quite its like a different one now. Last two weeks it was roaring all the time, and when you hit a hill it would vibrate and get even louder yet, roll off the power and everything would be fine, back on it and it would roar again.

First time in 3 Harley I ever had something break down.....Kinda sucks, only 21K on it, but they fixed it all right up and only had to pay for the SE upgrade.....$100 I think it was...

 

Hope it lasts...leaving week after next for week long Rocky Mountain trip.....
