Ask the dealer to roust up a whole bunch of handlebars from stock. Sit on the bike with someone holding it upright and and have them position the different bars on the risers. You'll immediately see the differences and easily recognize what you like and don't like.
See if they have the handlebars in stock for the '93 Wide Glide. Nice height and pullback and uses stock cables. Mine are great, really happy with them.

Congrats on the new ride! I have had the best luck with a wind vest 14", had a cee bailey 15" before that. I also have 10" yaffee monkey bars, I'm 6'2" as well.
