been there done that with Heritage bars....they worked for me by getting rid of the upper shoulder pain. But the look of those bars on a Road King was not right to me. Went to 10" mini apes from Wild 1 and about a month ago had 16" apes installed. Go sit on a bike with apes, bet ya a tank of gas that you get apes!

I just put on wild one 502's on mine and couldn't be happier. I needed longer clutch cable, brake line and control wires. The bars are notched for the TBW but no need for longer wires. I did it myself over a weekend and the most time consuming part was the internal wiring

Does anyone know if the 56902-08 bar will work on an 07 Road King? The bar is listed for 08 and later models.

I just installed these bars on my 11 RK this past Sunday, took me about an hour and a half no extra parts needed, Best $79.00 I've spent. These are the the bars that the police RK is built with and they are much more comfortable.

Hi I have a 2011 Road King and am looking at swapping out the Stock bar with the Heritage Style bar also. What I am not understanding is everyone talks about more pull back with this bar. From what I see in the chart Harley has is it is 2" less pull back from the stock road king bar but has 5" more rise

Handlebar kit bar diameter Tip-to-Tip pull back Rise base width knurl
55947-08 1 31.75 7.00 7.00 13.75 3.14
56902-08 1 31.25 5.00 12.00 11.50 3.14

Can someone please explain how it has 3more inches of pull back?
