Default I can see the road again

Removed the lower fairings this morning on my FLHTC. Since Classics dont come with them I bought these new from HD back in '08. I can see the road go by next to my front tire now.I forgot what that was like. Not sure if I'll ever put them back on. Like the look of the bike without them. You can see the rear part of the front fender and the front of the engine much better. Not to mention more air in hot weather. Getting ready for a trip to Quebec next week.

One of the reasons I got the FLHTC instead of the Ultra is I don't like the look or function ("weather protection") of the lowers. I know they can be removed but the lowers, a CB I wouldn't use and rear speakers I don't need to listen occasionally to the weather band would have been a waste of money to me. To each their own but I prefer the clean look without add-ons like lowers and rotor covers.

You shouldn't be looking down when you're riding anyway.

Why do you want to see if the tire going round and round or the road passing by? Confused!
