Before obl was killed, intell sources released info that said he wanted to attack the U.S for the 10th Anniv. Security is going to be tight !Traffic will be like nothing you've ever experienced.. So many will be there, you may be able to ride by,but parking within less than a 1/3 of a mile will be impossible,as there will be a frozen zone arond the site..The Police Commissioner is a micromanager and what he says go.So don't expect to just cruise right in,escort or not. Expect delays and make sure you have gas and your bikes are in perfect condition.Hopefully you will have a chase truck with some basics on board. There are no gas stations below canal st,Actually probably none below 14st. good luck.
You can pretty much be assured there will be no groups entering south of Canal street on the 11th. I think the city is closing that day.. :-( never forget ALL THE Victims from that day
Thanks for the info bklynbob. I know its going to be crazy, and I wish I had more details. The run to ground zero is being coordinated by Local's 94 and 854.
