I just wanted to let everyone know about the EXCELLENT customer service I just received from Clearview Windshields!!!
On Saturday night I ordered a 12 in. smoke tinted recurve windshield from Clearview. After placing the order I went out to my scooter because I THOUGHT that I had a 10 in. clear recurve on it but it was a 12 In. clear recurve (My Bad !!). What I really needed was a 14 in. smoked recurve so I called the customer service dept. this morning and left a message , and they called me back right away.
I explained to them that I needed a 14 in. instead of the 12 in. because I changed seats from a stock seat to a Corbin two-up Touring seat and it must have raised my ride heigth a little because it put me back in the slipstream over the top.
The 14 in. is a few dollars more than the 12 in. but Mark said that he would ship out my 14 in. tomorrow for NO EXTRA COST !!!
I just wanted everyone to know that if Ya need a new windshield for your scooter that looks great and functions great, go with the Clearview !!!
Happy Trail's
Yeah, I have to agree on how good they are. They were pretty backed up when I ordered mine a couple years back and said shipping would take a few weeks. I called them when I ordered mine and said I had a trip planned and they got it out to me within a few days. Highly recommended vendor.
I also had good customer service from Clearview. Last I fall ordered a 6.5 recurve about 4 weeks out from a trip. Like vista, I contacted them and the rushed it out to me in plenty of time for the trip.
Another Kudos to Clearview
Just ordered a 15.5 clear with recurve and vent last week. In the order notes I asked if they could ship it asap as the wife and I had a weekend overnight trip planned. The short of it - when I got home from work on Friday there it was sitting on the steps ready to go. It took longer to take the protective film off the shield than it did to mount on the bike.
A+ for Clearview!!
