I have the Harley Hi Viz, wife has the Frogg Toggs. 3 days of riding in bad rain and neither of us got even a little bit wet.

I heard excellent feedback on the Hi-Vis HD raingear....I personally went with First Gear pants and wear my rain coat. I've tried numberous types and this works best for me.

+1 for Frog Togs, but be-careful of the right leg. If your not paying attention when you put the bike on the kickstand the pants leg will melt like a plastic bag. Don't ask me how I know.

Yup, but an easy fix is to go to a fabric store and buy a small piece of ironing board cover fabric. Sewed it on the right leg and no longer worry about melted frog skin.

HD Hi-Vis for me. In my opinion, although not cheap, it's totally worth it!

Had frog toggs. Never got wet but the zipper has now failed. I'm probably going with the HD packable rain suit next. It folds up much smaller and looks to be more durable.
