Default Brank Light not working
I'm looking for a little advise,The brake light on my 06 Road King Classic will not work. The brake relay does click while depressing the front and rear brakes,so I am getting power to the Relay,I also checked the brake/cruise fuse and the harness from the taillight housing to the socket,everything looks ok,other then a broken wire between the fuse box and taillight housing ...any ideas? Thanks

Bulb.....just put a new one in.... same with the fuse. They sometimes "test" OK but are bad.

How did you check it? Power, or a meter. The meter can lie.

powered the taillight housing harness but will try replacing the fuse ...it looked good but because the cruise isn't working also it may be that fuse..thanks...... but just incase any other ideas

Replace the fuse....and also check for power at the ACC plug under your seat. One of the contacts is brake light.... can't remember off hand what color the wire is.

I've got it even worse... I can't even find my "brank"... Didn't know it had a light either.
