Default HD Road Zeppelin Seat

I have a 2008 Ultra, triked it a couple of years back for my wife's pleasure (??). She is uncomfortable on the stock seat. I went to a Sundowner, she still ain't happy. I went to a Mustang, she still ain't happy. I just went overboard and bought a HD Road Zeppelin seat with an internal compressor and multiple air bladders. I told her if she isn't comfortable, she will simply have to toughen up her ****. Anyone else having that problem?

Let us know what she thinks of the zepplin......is it the shape of the seat or surface that makes her uncomfortable. A sheepskin might be the answer.

I have a 2010 Ultra. My wife didn't like the seat that came on the bike. I got a Sundowner, complained less but still complained. Got a Road Zeppelin and I have not heard a word. Don't know if she comfortable or afraid she will get left at home.

Default Left at home!

Now that's a thought. If her **** don't tuffen up, I guess that's where she'll be.

Can't possibly imagine anyone not being comfortable on a Zepplin seat.
After a couple hundred miles when your butt starts aching, just push a button or two and you're sitting on a whole different seat, repeated indefinately.
I would never have a static seat again - ever. And I've tried every imaginable seat made since the early 60's - even one you had to be there to be fitted......I believe the name of that one was Day Long Saddles or something like that. Some other old goat might remember the name --- there were a lot of custom made seats back then.
Everyones butt is different, so saying a Mustang seat is the best is wrong because that particular model is not going to be the same for different people.

The only thing that would come close would be one of those air or gel seat pads.

Its the nature of the beast to complain. I have the road zep seat with about 30k on it and for me it's great, like Gary said push a button or two and it's a different ride. But the OL still bitches, I just turn the music up and it fades away.
