Do the 2012 103 engine have more torque then the 2011

According to the spec's for the 2011 vs a 2012 on the HD website

2011 92.6 ft lbs @ 3500 rpm
2012 100 ft lbs @ 3,250 rpm

That 2011 number you listed is for the 96" engine.

2011 103" = 102 ft lbs @ 3,500 rpm
2012 103" = 100 ft lbs @ 3,250 rpm

Actually you are quoting the 2011 96" against the 2012 103". I believe the numbers are 100 ft lbs for BOTH years with the 103; at the crank, NOT on a dyno at the rear wheel

either way, for it to not feel like a slosh bucket, you have to spend a little cash. i couldn't believe the difference in the feel after doing a stage 1 upgrade.
