When the 103" came out in 2011 as a Big Bore option on the SG's, it had factory ACR's and that hasn't changed to date. Since the base motor was the 96" and it didn't have factory ACR's, there is some confusion floating around about 2011's not having ACR's. Your 103" also has a factory oil cooler that the 96's do not. Look at it more that it is a 103" rather than a 2011.

Thanks for the heads up. I went to my local HD Dealer and spoke to the tech and he was unsure about my question. He stated that the 2012 models did but not the 2011 models but he wasn't sure... Interesting huh?

... that is just plain sad, but it is not confined to HD's. I have had similar problems with just about every vehicle I have owned, both 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled.

Correct answer.
The 103 was part of the Power Pack option in 2011... and came with ACR's and oil cooler.
