Default Swingarm

Is anyone aware of an aluminum swingarm for an 07 touring bike? Not looking for opinions or advice on aluminum fatigue, just looking to loose some lbs on the bike.

Thanks.

Nope, too heavy a bike not to flex too much I'm sure...

Besides what would you save in weight? 4 or 5 lbs? On an 850 lb bike? And for how much money?

A little cost / benefit analysis is in order I think...

The only place I can think of that may be able to help is HDF sponsor Motorcycle Metal. Howard there can certainly supply you with carbon-fibre dresser wheels! Worth asking him about an alloy swingarm, so give him a call.

What I wouldn't give for a single-sided swing arm and a rear mono shock.....

No, but did you know that HD beefed up the swing arm in 2007. It's a little known fact. If you compare a 07 swing arm to a 06 swing arm you can see the difference where the two pieces are welded together.
