Default Back Rest Observation

One of my winter mods was to add a backrest. Prior to doing so I searched the threads on posts for the adjustable vs. non-adjustable. I decided on the adjustable. I live in western NY but winter my bike in SC. Riding back this spring in April I had a variety of wet/cold weather clothes and the adjustable back rest was awesome as I could adjust it on the fly based on the amount of clothes and thickness I was wearing. It also allows, as I had read in other threads, the ability to change your position on longer rides. Once the weather warmed up I had the ability to adjust quickly. I am sold on that capability. For those who are trying to make a similar choice... something to consider.

It was the first mod I made to my 07 UC when I purchased it new. I can ride all day with it. Glad you like it.
