Moving floorboard position on RK?

Moving floorboard position on RK?
Has anybody moved the floorboards forward on their RK? I'm not even sure
if this is possible. I think it would be a little more comfortable if I could move
my feet out a little.
I'm also about to purchase the Kuryakyn Cruise Boards. Is the clamp that
comes with them all you need? No additional clamp to buy?

I bought the kit from HD that moves the footboards forward about an inch. The kit is simply a replacement set of pans that mount the same way that the original factory pans mount. The new pans accept any of the HD boards. The kit didn't really relocate my feet, but rather just minimized the amount of my boot that hangs off the front of the footboards.
