04 rk clutch cable
I just recently started getting some oils drips below my bike. I hate the mess. It looks like the oil is dripping off the clutch cable. I can feel where the oil is running down the cable between the ferrel and the sheathing on the clutch end. The mechanic at the service shop says the cable has a sealed end. I figure the longer Bars I have (chubby 518's)are a bit longer than stock and when I turn the bars really hard I must have pull the cable and the sheathing loose. I was wondering if anyone knows the next length clutch cable? My shop measured the one they have in stock for my bike and it appears 62+ inches. I figure if I could get one 2" longer I would be ok. I don't want to pay for a custom one. So wonder if there is a stock one that would work. The dealer said he has nothing that would tell him. Since they have some higher bars. They must make a longer one. The dealer did say some have a different end on them. Suggestions?
