These guys are awesome, just got off the phone with Keith because I had some pinging and as soon as I checked my email I had a new map waiting! Great service after the sale!
BTW, I'm running their 3.5" Jackpot slip ons with their PC-V and the other stage one stuff. Another friend of mine just set up his Ultra with the same stuff and he loves it too.
They were always there when I had questions on installation or when I asked for another map more suited for fuel economy. Great customer service.
Same here. Not too long ago there was a thread in which they were being ripped on pretty bad. May or may not have been justified, but I sure couldn't relate to it. I've had to wait 2-3 days for a new map after emailing, but they've always followed up, and I planned in advance so that the wait wasn't problematic. I've even asked a couple of questions that the answeres would be completely obvious to any thinking person, and they've always answered patiently, after which I'd slap myself for not thinking it through. I like them, and will give them business in the future when I can use them.

I am thinking abou the same setup from Fuel Moto. Did you feel any noticable / usable bump in power? Run cooler?

Thank you for your feeback and support, if you need any additional help just let us know
Yup a fan here as well. Have bought a few PC-V's, cam sets etc for both the Dyna and most recently my SG. Just as I bought my SG a friend discovered he had a real lean condition on his 07 Fugly. Made a call and the boys confirmed what I had thought that the 08 Dyna PC was same unit as buddies RG.
Asked what he had, and within a half hr had a different map to load so buddy could try out the PC (which cured his problem btw )
So big thanks from Canada too !!
I agree with everybody how good the support is. I bought a used retro pc-v here in the classifieds that was bought from fuelmoto, and emailed jamie and he sent me a map for my setup, no questions asked. Service beyond the the original buyer!

Me neither, and IMO the OP of that thread was clearly not justified in his remarks. His thread was deleted by the moderators and he started another just as irate and irrational as the first, and it too was deleted. What's interesting is that the OP had complained of trouble with his idle a full year before he purchased the PCV from Fuel Moto. He had claimed the PCV he bought at FM caused a poor idle condition, but it seems that problem already existed and he obviously knew it. Here is the thread if anyone cares to read it. I wish I had seen this while the recent threads were alive so I could've nipped that sucker in the bud before he unfairly cast doubt on Fuel Moto's excellent service.
It's a fact that no matter how conscientious you are, you will not avoid one in 100 that will give you a hard time without justification, and Fuel Moto found it in spades with this guy. It's just a fact of life you must live with in the retail business. He promised to splash his story all over the Internet and I've been waiting for him to post on other forums so I can expose his BS. So far he seems to have disappeared back into the woodwork, however.
I recieved a Power Vision Thursday and I had some pinging.
Sent them an e-mail on Saturday and got a response on Saturday.
Got a new flash in the mail on Monday, problem solved.
Fantastic support!
They will get all of my buisness in the future.
