Problem #1 - Seems as though the right thumb Search Up function stopped working. Down works fine, just the Up stopped. How hard is it to change these out and where the heck do I find them?
Problem #2 - The audio input hole for an MP3 seems to be really loose. It will lose sound, crack & pop until I wiggle the cord and it'll come back on. Any idea of a fix for that?
#1 Not that hard to replace the switch. I believe you have TBW so that makes getting the grip off easier and replacing the switch is just a matter of cutting in a new switch. I got mine from the dealer. Make sure you put the shim in the brake lever before taking off the housing and you should be ok.
