Thanks for the pictures; especially, showing what the Razor will hold.

It's not for me; I dislike the look of a tour pak on my bike and only use one when necessary, then it comes off the bike immediately.

Thanks, again, for the pictures.

Carl

Paint looks good on mine. It has one small pit on the lip were the backrest would go put other than that looks flawless.

I covered the holes in my Tour Pac with black plastic plugs from Lowes. Sanded them a bit and painted them with matching color touch up paint. Secured them with a little silicone sealant and they look great and do the job. Looks as if it came from the factory that way.

Had to ride to St. Louis today so stopped at Gateway and got the rest of the parts for the lock.

I have a idea for were the backrest goes but if it doesn't work I will probally go your route.

With 4 kids, any trips the OL and I take are only a few days at the most. We got by pretty good on my Fatboy that had RK custom bags and a mid size T bag.

The hard bags on my SG are bigger than the ones I had on the Fatboy and it looks like the Razor would hold just as much as the T bag.

I'm still leaning towards the chopped tour-pak, but I'm definitely giving the razor size a lot more consideration.

I really think the deciding factor will prob end up being comfort for the OL. It looks like the backrest pad for the Razor is very low and wouldn't offer much support to a passenger. The wrap around backrest for the King pak is out of the question because she hates it. The backrest pad on the chopped pack hits her right about where the detach backrest I have now hits her and she seems to like it.
I'll have to wait and see some pics of the razor in 2up mode to see about the backrest location a little better.

Another storage example

Saddlebag packed pretty full

Everything from the saddlebag in the razor with room to spare

My wife was just the other way of thinking... I had the king pac / bought the chopped and she did NOT like the back rest on the chopped... got to looking and just swaped the lids between the King wrap around and the chopped - then the wife was happy... chopped pac with King lid and wrap around.. Go figure.

BTW, to the OP - Pics look great

I wasn't a big fan of the razor but I'd got to say it looks great in the single position.
