Heavenly Father, Lord hear our prayers for Brian's father. Your word says that where 2 or more gathered in your Son Jesus' name, you will hear our prayers. Lord I pray that you would hear this "gathering" of people and hear our prayer requests and petitions for Brian's Dad. Lord, I pray that you would comfort and give peace to Brian, his family, his parents and all of their friends and family and let them know that You are in control. Lord may you touch Brian's Dad with your mighty healing hand and that there may be unexplained improvements made in his health. Lord I pray that if you're willing, that the trip they're planning may take place. Father it's only because of your Son Jesus and the sacrifice that He made on Calvary that we can even come to you in prayer. We thank you for hearing us Lord and ask for Your will to be done.

Just after my sons death a friend reminded me that while there was more sadness in my heart than I could bear, there was a joyous celebration going on at that moment in heaven
..welcoming my son home.
When your father goes home there will be an equally joyous celebration.
I pray that God gives you peace and understanding to accept His will.
