well my condolences it there is any thing that should give you comfort it is that he did not suffer for month on end my grand mother when that was and she was one of nicest people i have ever met. i hope you and you family enjoy your trip your dad would have wanted that.

Thank you for posting such a great picture of your Dad. His smile is infectious. Since your first post, I have prayed for both you & Jim. I am sure with all the prayer's represented in this thread, you and he were supported like you've never experienced before, and the support will continue through your memorial trip.
Christianity gives us the promise of eternal life and a body that never wears out. I'm glad Jim has his. I look forward to mine.

you have my prayers. I lost both my parents to cancer both at 69 ten yrs apart. First my father and then my mom. Spend as much time as possible with him you will never regret it and tell him how much you love him. i told my dad every moment i could.
