If you're gonna try drilling it, I'd at least remove the caliper from fork to minimize any potential damage during drilling. Do you have any Easy-outs? If so, I'd consider removing the caliper so you can drip on some Liquid Wrench onto the bolt and let it sit for a day or two before having at it. Try to use a cotton swab instead of spraying it so the Easy-out has less potential to slip as it's trying to grab as much meat as it can to remove the bolt. If that fails, then yeah, take it to a machinist. The sad part is a machinist will get that sucker out in mere moments!

It's the rear caliper. I think I'll pick up a used one and deal with this later. Too much riding planned to be down due to something unexpected like the caliper being ruined in the process of trying to fix it.
