Powder coat flaking..What to do?
Took my '09 Ultra by the dealer today for a tweak and without asking got the complimentary wash. When I get home I notice the powder coat missing on part of a cooling fin on the left rear cylinder. I'm damn sure going to have words with the dealer over this,but do not want them to replace the jug to repair it. Any ideas how I might touch it up. I was thinking maybe touching it up with a small foam brush and flat black barbecue paint. It sucks but the bike is sound and I don't want to open a can of worms having it torn down over a cosmetic issue.
