4 dots down from full mark....
I'm at 9500 on the odometer and checked the oil on the jiffy stand while hot. When I filled it at last change at 5K, 3.5 qts ran it up to the full mark perfectly when hot. Now it's down "4 dot's" from full on the dipstick. I'm seeing that 1/2 qt between oil changes is pretty normal so I'm not concerned about that. After seeing several posts about guys running 1/2 low to keep it from coughing up, I'm wondering....
do you top it off at that level?

I don't know about running it 1/2 qt lower, I've got mine right at the full mark and I'm not spitting up any blow-by and I'm completely stock? If I was dripping blow-by I would be investigating why especially if I havn't seen anything in 1200miles...MHO.
