I would like to share a great experience I had with Jamestown H.D. in NewYork. Last Friday the 6th the wife and i were on our way to Warren, Pa on the start of our trip from Ohio. We were on Rt 62 3 miles south of Tionesta Pa. when the stator on my '01 Ultra went out. This is in the middle of nowhere so we just happened to come up on a golf course and pulled in there. I went into the clubhouse and got a phone book and found Jamestown H.D. this was at 6pm. After talking to the service manager told him what happened he said he would call me right back. He called back in 15 mins and said they would send a truck and trailer to pick us up. They are an hour and 20 mins north of where i am. The driver showed up, put the bike in the back. golf course players helped put the trailer in the bed of the pickup truck. He drove us back to the dealership where the owner Kevin greeted us. Said they would fix it the first thing when they opened, gave us a car to use and said he would see us when ever we got there in the morning. In the 35yrs I have been riding Harleys this is the second time I have ever had to deal with a dealership for service. I would highly recommend them.
