We were traveling through Pikeville, KY on US 119 north I lost my clutch on 10/12/2015. I used my HD Road Tech to find the nearest HD dealer and called HD of Pikeville. The owner came out with a trailer to tow my bike & trailer back to the dealership, then took the trailer down the street to see if the local hotel had a room. Once we were checked in he help unload the trailer into the parking lot at the hotel. This all happened just before the dealership closed for the night. So I am thankful for the very fast service, I don't think we waited more than 20 minutes from my phone call until we got towed. Next morning the service department took my bike right onto a lift and started checking it out. I can not state how impressed I was on the service and the tech's ability to get me back on the road. The dealership seems to be full of very nice and generous workers. I do owe them a huge thank you for taking care of us. If you happen to be in the neighborhood while riding on those wonderful eastern Kentucky mountain roads, please stop in at HD of Pikeville.
We stopped there when we passed through on our trip this summer as well. It was just for our Kentucky tshirt and a stretch, but it was a cool place! The staff were very friendly and had lots of great suggestions for things to see and roads to ride.
Pikeville HD is served by US 23south bound. A good dealership, real friendly. Very easy to drive by and not see it. Stopped by there last summer to cool off. Good to hear about a good dealership.
I wish more dealerships were like this. I called eagels nest HD in Lathrop California when I broke down on the side of I-5 and they said they weren't a tow company. I was 10 miles away. Glad to hear there are good dealers.

Thats just classless. I went in looking at CVO's and this baddarse **** salesman kept bragging how hes a top notch certified tech, and here he is trying to pimp off bikes.
After hearing your story I wont buy from them, let alone even stop there, theres plenty of other dealers that have earned my cash.
