Hydraulic upgrade 204 cams
Finally did Screamin Eagle hydraulic upgrade and 204 cams. The bike pulls really hard and has a awesome idle. have rode it bout 50 miles so far. The cam really starts pulling around 2500 RPM. The only weird thing is at idle you can hear the breather suckin alot of air. Cant figure out why. Any suggestion would be welcome. I have a Mikuni 42 HSR carb on it. The hydraulic upgrade kit says everything you need, wrong. You will need cam plate bearings and a spacer, also need a cam service kit which cost bout 100.00. I put Screamin Eagle adjustable pushrods in also. This job took me and my buddy bout 5 hours to do. My cam shoes had 22000 miles and wasnt hardly wore at all. contribute that to Amsoil. that stuff is so slick you cant hardly work on stuff in the motor.
