3.5 or 4 inch exhaust

i am getting the tequila sunrise street glide in 2 days....a long 2 days

.....im gonna order the rc components slip ons( excaliber ) should i get 3.5 or 4 inch mufflers, is there much difference in sound, performance ect. gettin ready to go to work didnt have much time to do a search on here...Thanks

4" mufflers look better on post-09 baggers, due to their wider rear fender and wheel. The sound will be deeper too. For example, the 4" Rineharts are deeper than the 3.5".
