Move the license plate below the tail light on a RKC

Theres only so much you can do.... hide the paint above the light with a bill board, hide the paint below the light gets looking a bit busy, hang the plate like a mudflap.. I don't know... I just swapped mine out and I like it better than stock RKC but still working on it.

I really like that medallion. Is that something that the MoCo sells for the purpose of filling the holes left by the old license plate bracket, or did you jerry-rig that yourself?

It is something the MoCo sells, but its for keeping your pants up. Its a belt buckle.

Basically I ground off all the stuff on the back with a dremel tool. Then I applied 3M auto-grade double stick tape liberally.

Its a Kuryakyn #3151Fender Tip Curved License plate mount , picked it on the clearance rack at the dealer for $49.00....its what prompted the relocation project.
