I like the spoke wheels rather than the black cast.
I like the tubless tire low maint. cast wheels better. I'm getting ready to order those expensive filler strips that mount between the fender and the rear of the hard bag to block the view of the bag hardware and the shocks.
The ugly, poorly finished neck area with the big mess of wire on the side I find always attracts my eye.[:'(]
That gets me also....what the he@# were they thinking? Over all though I love my bike and wouldn't give it up for any other bike out there...well I wish I could have gotten a carb version instead of a injected but its all good.
Not so much being ugly but inconvenient for me is the fact that I can't drain the Oil Pan and Tranny while up on the bike lift. I have to do one drain plug then lower the bike and relocate lift to get to the other drain plug.

There is a guy on the VTXOA forum that makes bike stands that he made for the VTX's but it works great for my HD's also and you can get to all the drain plugs easy with it. I think he charges about $60 for it and it's powder coated and has rubber pads on top of it so the bike wont slide around. Here is a couple pictures of my old VTX on it durning the fat tire installation
If anybody is interested I'll post information on how to contact him.
