2011 Paint issues???

2011 Paint issues???
I have a 2011 Merlot Sunglo SG, I am having issues with the paint scratching, I can look at it and there goes another scratch. Just wondering how many of you guys are having the same issue. I keep the bike in showroom condition all the time, never wipe off w/o rinsing for a few mins. before washing. I don't use anything other than dry nitrogen to dry. Took it into dealer, they had to take pictures and send to HD, they came back and said they would buff it out. We called the dealer today to see if it's finished, the service manager tells me there is no warranty on the paint and they buffed it out this time for free.... WTF??? I know of many bikes in the area that are having same issues and HD is replacing tins, bags, and fairings.

the clear coat from harley is very soft the only way to resolve the problem as i did i recleared the bike but i also changed the color. anyway i went to the local paint store and bought a gallon of dupont and resolved my paint issues. my bike was sedona orange no one has a decent match with the formulas that PPG has so i painted my bike firemist orange it is close to the stock paint except its alot cleaner looking and very rich looking. sorry for the book.
