Default Help ABS or not

Fixn to buy a new Road Glide this will be my 4th bike and the 1st 3 were non ABS bikes. Should I go ABS or is it not worth the extra $$ and would going with a bigger wheel and tire or single brake be a problem later? Thanks for the help!!

With all the rain you are getting down there I would definitely go for ABS.

Depends on how much value you place on your life. Seriously. As much as we all like to think we can brake perfectly in an emergency situation, the fact is, we all screw up occasionally. I will not own another daily rider without ABS. But, I'm a safety fanatic. I wouldn't be alive today if I weren't for my full-face helmet & armored jacket that I was wearing on June 12 when a 250 lb deer decided to jump on me while I was riding.

I never thought I needed it, but since the bike I got already had it, I'm thankful. A few days ago I found myself in an emergency stopping situation. The bike stopped flawlessly, where other cars around me skidded. Had I not had ABS, I definitely would have dropped it.
