Did changing to the 17" wheel raise the rear or lower it? Been thinking of doing the same. I still have the stock rear wheel in the back and was going to change to 17" blank wheel.

Might have lowered it a little bit. Hard to tell because I switched out the seat at the same time. Very, very easy to flatfoot now.
