This thread is the reason why I went with the Buddy Pro Hi-Lo system. I wanted an adjustable suspension too but I was very leery of the cobbled up kit that the DB consisted of. I wanted a proven system that I would not have to worry if the system was going to hold air or not. I paid for piece of mind and got it.
I hope the original poster to this thread is satisfied in the end and if you ever get your money back and want an adjustable air ride system DESIGNED for our Touring bikes check these guys out >>>> http://www.americanvtwinmotors.com/ they are worth every bit of the 930 smackers shipped to my door.
This thread is the reason why I went with the Buddy Pro Hi-Lo system.
I am removing my DB system although it works perfectly & does exactly what it says.
I find the ride a little stiffer than I would really like, but it rides every bit as well as a buddy of mine's bike with the Buddy Pro Hi-Lo system, I don't really like the ride of his bike either.
I am going back to my Progressive 440's which ride noticeably better then either air system, or I may try a set of Works shocks.
This is just amazing BS, to think a bunch of men could be such winning ⌠be a real man and Call Tony and work it out.
Itâs so easy for anyone to hide behind a keyboard and blast a Company, Right or Wrong you are Fhucking with someoneâs livelihood when you HIDE and degrade a Company.
Do a search here on the forums. look at Tony's post and anyone with a brain could see Tony was here to help and not screw anyone.
P.S. Iâm very happy with my draggin Baggers system, did all it claims to do and Tony is a stand up guy (I met him and his Family). Beleive me when I say he was here for the customer and not the $$$ as he dont need your stinking money.
I concur with the guy who expects good customer service and quality parts. Judging from the posts, it looks like this company may lack the ability to deliver quality parts and may be lacking in the customer service department. I am in the customer service business and can tell you the customer is always right. The one unhappy customer will tell all of his friends and in this case all who read this site. It would have been a much wiser business decision to refund with a smile. And by the way, the owner may be a great person and have a wonderful family. What does that have to do with a lack of business skills?
From what I remember... most of the people bashing one are the same ones bashing the MoCo when something isn't right. DB delayed answering his e-mails, phone call. However, as soon as he wanted a refund they returned his call. Why no tracking number? The restocking fee seems to be because they got into a heated discussion/arguement (I'm mad at you, so I'll charge a restock fee).
If the Dealer had told you all the bike would be ready in a couple of hours then- one day- a week-2weeks wouldn't you be bashing them as well????????
The man was telling us what had happened to him and his opinion-cut and dry.

I'm not flaming the company or hiding behind keyboard. I'm saying I can't see why you're flaming ones for the company doing giving poor customer service. And I understand that you might have gotten everything fine from the company, doesn't mean ones did too...
Read what you wrote. Then read the 1st post and you will see he has called Tony and has been waiting 2 weeks for the issue to be solved.

There was also some off the 1st fellas from this site that bought from Tony got a pretty good deal. I wont mention any names but here was one message that was PM'd to me by another member. Seems like some that was bragging the system up for Tony was getting their system FREE. heres the message I recieved: (...I paid $360 shipped and my discount code has already been used 7 times for $280...so my actual cost so far has been only $80...how's that for a deal...2 more codes and my system will be free! )
So it appears that its in the best interest for some here on the Forum to defend Tony and his Draggin Bagger System!!
