I was going to stay out of this also, but after reading some of these and the way some of you guys are jumping on people for telling others about the the problems they had with the company is just wrong. If a company doesn't live up to expectations they risk having the customer tell others of thier bad experience, on the other hand if someone is overly happy with a company they can scream their praises to every mountain top. Where it goes bad is when people try to put others down for having a different opinion.
With that said the guy jumped on the pastor, theres a metric piece of crap waiting in hell for you to ride when you get there. Back off the pastor he did not push his beliefs on you in his post, don't jump on his!!!!

Metrics in hell, thats probly a good thing, being hot and all, the HD's run too hot already. LOL
If I were the owner of the DB company I would be doing backflips to keep my customers happy. If future DB customers do their homework and GOOGLE the DB system they most likely would be hesitant to shell out $500.00 for a system that has poor customer support and failing components.
I think the original poster deserves his refund and DB system must chalk it up as a lesson learned. Make the people happy whom helped launch the system and it was done without having to pay for any advertising either.

As I did not push my beliefs on you, so do not jump on MINE!
To profit from good advice requires more wisdom than to give it.

My Draggin Baggers system arrived and functions as described. No air leaks or defective equipment as of this time. It does ride a little firm which is my only complaint. But I knew the shocks were automotive spec before I ordered. I am dissapointed, however, that nobody from Draggin Baggers has yet responded to this thread. I hope they didn't make their sales and then abandon the people on this forum. Hoping Tony will respond...
He was refunded the full price plus S&H both ways. I was at Jeffs shop the day UPS dropped off the DB system. He stopped in the middle of an install on my friends Road King, called the guy for his CC info and refunded him while he was on the phone. Refunded in the matter of minutes. I have and will continue to recommend the DB system to all of my riding buds. I know Jeff and Tony were both leaving town with their families and probably aren't even reading these posts, I just thought I would add my 2 cents. Ride Safe! Jim
I've only got about 500 miles on my DB system so far and no parts failure to date. Sure the instruction pictures sucked but look at what you got and how it works and install it how you think it should work best on your bike. The ride is great if you find the right spot (takes a little playing with) solo or 2up.Posting how bad a company is from one experince is not fair.I am a small business owner and treat everybody the same (fair and honest) if you let just one unhappy customer rule your business after you tried to make good, then keep on pluging and keep the rest happy.I'd recomend DB to anyone.Sorry to hear you had a bad experance with them.
