You can hit the rev limiter in any gear!!

 

I want the FM 107 Hellraiser, I don't plan to rev past 6k rpm, but it'll be nice to know the engine won't come apart if I do.

 

Yeah, I knew that. I was just surprised that I could rev so high in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, without hitting it. Bike just jumps out there and the speedo climbs like a tach. Way more powerful than the last Harley I had (80ci).

have a ball. you were not even close to hitting the rev limiter in 4th at 80.

 

I don't think a stock Harley will hit the rev limiter in 6th gear

 

Or 5th Or 4th

 

Wait a min! I forgot mine has the 6200 limit. A stock bike might redline in 4th.
