150/80B-16 (77V) Avon Venom AM42 Rear Motorcycle Tire Black Wall
is this a good sized tire to replace my rear one with?
will i have any headaches putting it on? or should it workout just fine?

I helped a friend put that tire on his 08 ultra. We had to trim the belt guard, but it fit fine otherwise and fills the fender up nicely. The 77V is the trick, the v-rated is wider, 157mm according to Avon website.
