I have the 3 sided tour pak organizer and keep it in one of the pouches. I also wrap up in a shop rags for a little protection.

wrapped in rags, most of my fix-it stuff lives in the left saddlebag- and that's the side where the filler is

Just throw it in the bottom of a bag with a bunch of other misc. stuff. They're pretty tough.

I've got my 'big' tool pouch buried in the bottom of the left saddlebag. My 'weekly' stuff: air pressure guage, shock pump, cleaning rags etc, are in a vinyl pouch near the top. Easy access on Saturday mornings when I clean up after 400 miles of commutng each week.

Easy access if I need to carry someone unexpectedly sometime during that week too

Mine came in soft foam cut out in the shape of the pump. That's what I use when I decide to carry it.

I wrap mine up in an old T shirt and put it in the left saddlebag with my tool kit and rain gear.

I bought a small insulated soft lunch bag from Wallyworld. It just fits in the saddlebag taking up about 8 inches or so. I put my tools in the bottom and use the top compartment for the shock pump and tire pressure gauge. Its a snug fit so it does not bounce around. The padding is enough to keep everything in place.

I have the saddlebag lid organizers. Put mine in one of the mesh pockets in the left side. Other pockets on that side hold tire repair kit, gauge, and other small tools.
