Roadking wobble
ORIGINAL: Bagger_Dave
Found some facts on it, Google(roadking wobble) there are quite a few topics on it.
Appears that a steering dampner will fix it. I did read somewhere that a police officer was killed when his bike went into a wobble in a curve.

Now that being said, my 06 Ultra would sometimes be a bit "snakey" in the curves and at slow speeds. As others mentioned, tightening the neck bearings eliminated the problem. Even when it would do that she was solid on the straights at speeds up to 110.
Had no wobble on my Road King up to 100 mph (did not go above).
Occasionally I now have a wobble on the Ultra and when I do I know the rear tire pressure is low. I put it where it should be and the bike tracks straight.
Also I run my rear shocks pretty stiff.
Not much you can do if the road is grooved or on tarmac junctions, but the bike is a heavy tourer with a rubber mounted motor and this needs to be factored in.
That said, I have seen some mighty motorway wobbles on my brother's Heritage Classic.

my buddy has an 06 RK and it was fine till he put extra wide texan bars on it. It now wobbles bad at highway speeds. I think it's the bars, mirrors, and his arms catching the wind though and not the RK.
