Rineharts go behind engine, Does anyone have a set of pipes that go under bike or know of any??
Vance & Hines Power Duals. Have 'em on my 103 Ltd Ultra. A 2 into 1 into 2 X pipe. Left side goes under the frame, from the right side. Got rid of Rinehart True Duals to get them. Mich better, I think. IMO.
What other manufacture than Vance & Hines has a true dual that does not go thru the engine and down next to the passengers foot? Just seams like the passenger would be very uncomfortable..
It depends on what year you are putting them on.

Rush's True Duals do go behind the engine and down next to the passenger's leg/feet. At least they do on '08 and older. However, since they are ceramic coated inside and out there is no significant heat transfer. These duals are the best thing I've done for heat mitigation.
on 09 and newer they go under the frame like the stock ones

Rineharts have 2 styles... the Classics does run behind the rear of the engine and down by the passenger peg... the Rinehart Extreme style runs under the bike on the 09 and up bikes... you can see mine in my sig pic.
Well found out that nobody makes duals that go under bike 08 and older cuz of frame design, Guy at rinehart said to take heat sheild off and wrap it in the area by the passengers leg (good Idea) and put sheild back on. so now not sure if I would like bub 7's, Rineharts, V&H or Rush, or maybe just stay with my 2n1 Rinehart I all ready have, It sounds ok but could be louder..
Thanks everybody..
