I just wanted to give a shout out for EASTERN PERFORMANCE CYCLES.
During the "Delmarva Bike week", I made it a point to visit them to purchase some parts that I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have on hand what I wanted. I was told to get w/ them after the event on Monday.
I called them and ordered some nice "Custom Dynamics" LED's (thanks to "BigDaddyMike") and a "Pro Pad" airwing luggage rack flag pole. Two days later I get the goodie box from UPS.
Like a kid in a candy store, I ripped the box apart to add the new goodies to my scoot. As I took out the LED lights, I realized that they sent me out the wrong light. (I was shipped rear pancake red led lights instead of the front amber bullet style led lights)
Anyway, I called Derick and told him what was on the order sheet and what was actually shipped. He put me on hold for a minute or two and then said that he was putting the correct led's in the mail and along w/ a shipping envelop to send the wrong ones back.
Now is that GREAT customer service or what? I didn't have to send them the wrong ones back first and then wait for the correct led's lights.
In this day and time, it's really good to have a great company do as they say, and not make the customer wait because of their mistake.
If you haven't already ordered anything from these guys, I would highly recommend them. Top Notch company, great selection of parts, no sales tax if from out of state and free shipping. I always check with them first and they will also match prices on any product that they carry.
And by the way, these LED's lights are bright as hell and Pro Pad (forum sponsor) airwing luggage rack flag pole first class.
I always say **** happens , it's How easy it's wiped up and by who that will keep me loyal to a company. I've had a few dealings with them and plan on some more .
Wish I'd have known you were there Paul. I went up with a friend on Saturday. We both salivated over new wheels for our bikes. I am going to order mine next week! Eastern performance is one of the best, especially for us guys on the 'right' coast! Jonathan, Brian and the rest of the crew are really top notch!

Yeah Mike, I think I saw the rims that you were checking out. They looked pretty sick! Also did you see or sit on that brand new saddlemen seat with the memory foam and gel?
I bought some Vance & Hines Big Radius' from them off E-bay back in 05, when I recieved them, I realized I bought the wrong ones. I figured I would have to eat the return shipping, then noticed that I lived only 15 miles from them. I called them, told them what I did, they said, "Bring them on up, and we'll swap em out for ya"! Awesome shop. Will definately buy from them when I get back on the Main Land.
