I called today and talked with them for about 10 minutes. Very nice and helpful. Sounds like a smaller shop but I got a hold of them first try.
Talked to who??
I usually deal with Brain at HCC, I got the 12" bagger bars prewired.
They were in great shape, no problems with the controls, and all switches worked perfectly.

First I talked to a very nice women, who's name I can't remember and she had me talk to a guy named Rick I think it was. I believe she said he was the owner, both were very nice and more than helpful. They are closed on Sat and Sun, maybe people were trying to reach them then and couldn't get through?
Just doing up my 2nd Street glide now and still using HCC.
went with the Paul Yaffe Monkey bars, prewired, chrome controls, and switch housing.
All prewired and ready to go.
Also ordered my V&H true duals, Thunder max, grips, and pegs with these guys.
with the prices ridiculously high up here in Canada, combined with pi$$ poor attitudes and service; it is nice to deal with the people at HCC. Great pricing, combined with stellar service.
I have refered many people to them and none of them have been disapointed, other than it is hard to get a hold of them as they are so busy sometimes, just leave them a message and someone will call you back.
With the 14's did you have to change the mirrors too.. or did you just do that for personal taste? I'm thinkin' about changin' mine as well, but want to go with a size that will keep my fairing mounted mirrors. Checkin' the mirrors from under my arms is not a problem so long as I have a clear line of sight...
