It seems there is a good amount left in the crankcase based upon the video from the oil scavenger website posted by HDWrench.
If your capacity is 4 qts and you have 1/2 left in, you are full.
I'd sure hate to overfill and have it blow out. Not to mention foaming that may occur..

My '05 Road King takes 4.0 quarts with a filter change. The factory tells you to start at 3.5 because they don't want you to overfill it. On a Harley, it is better to slightly underfill than overfill. Be sure to check and add when the engine is hot.
