Have a question: I am loseing trany oil. Its not leaking, but will be low on the dip stick after long rides of 2000 miles or more. Where is it going? 2009 ULTRA.

 

Its either going onto the ground or into the primary.

How much are you loosing?

 

And the trans only takes a quart or so anyway.

 

I had a friend with the same problem a year or so ago. I am pretty sure he replaced a seal or two between the transmission and primary. Sorry I can't be more specific. I'm a helicopter mechanice, not a Harley mechanic. Thought there have been times I thought I was.
