Harley race tuner ???
I am going to buy the hd race tuner well pretty sure found it on e-bay great price doesnt include cable or software would the dealer have this?? Do i need to buy it?? Dealer is installing and doing 2 hours of dyno tunning. Thank you for your replies

If I am not mistaken, when the race tuner is used on a bike, it marries to that bike's ECM/Serial Number and cannot be used on another bike. So be cautious about what you might be buying on Ebay because you could be disappointed. I find it suspicious that at least the cable is not included. If I bought one though a medium such as Ebay, it would have to be in an unopened, shrink-wrapped box. And then you don't really know until you hook it up and try it for the first time. Good luck.

I have bought six race tuners on ebay, all without cables or CD and all well below retail. Up until a year ago, dealers were selling them on ebay, $150 below retail.
If it says new/unopened box, you should be good to go.
