Protection from the elements? Batwing protects the hands more.

You better go with a bat wing, don't know how it will look on your moped.

........ that's the only issue I have w/the shark, your hands are exposed when it gets cold/wet.

Bat wing is better in the rain and cold. The shark nose is to far away to be much help for rain and cold.

In order to get much wind/rain protection from a Road Glide fairing, you need a tall windshield, which kind of detracts from the look. I really like the look of the RG with a low, dark tinted windscreen, but your upper body is totally in the wind (not a bad thing at times).

I have owned both and the Bat Wing gives me the best protection.
The Road Glide is a nice bike but in the rain and cold weather you just can't beat the Bat.
