Dammit! I can't stand it... got mine flashed last Sat. but only had a 20miler to get a taste of improvement at 16F or so and now snow and ice at least until next weekend or more and I can't REALLY try it out. But in Quebec you're riding!![:@]

&%*#@! Need to cut back on the black coffee and Jelly Bellys for awhile!

I've been following the posts regarding the problems with the 2007 models for almost 2 months now. When I saw the recall, I took an appointment at my dealer for tomorrow. The temperature is freezing up here (Quebec-Canada) but you bet I'm going there no matter what. Dealer didn't know a thing about the recall. Can't wait coming back to see the difference and will post my impressions.

Had mine done last week. I agree its a huge improvement. Problem I have is I never did recieve a recall notice. I bought the bike at the end of Dec. and it was never mentioned to me. When I inquired about it they were more than happy to do it but never offered any of the times I was at the dealer. I get mail from HD every week. Think it costs the dealer money? I bought the bike after the recall was issued and it did not have the upgrade. What do you want for 20K?

If your build date was after Nov.1 supposedly the update wasn't needed.
To find out you could have goneon the HD website and plugged in your VIN. Maybe you still can. Glad your bike runs good.
